Lighttools products may be refunded or exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the date of invoice. Items being returned must be in new condition.

Prior to returning an item, please contact Lighttools at sales@lighttools.com or call 1-800-417-7431 to receive a return authorization. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a return authorization number.
